Cebu Local Hair Care is the chosen keywords for the Hair.ph local SEO contest open to all Cebu-based bloggers. They just launched their online site as a pioneer in an online hair magazine that will offer free beauty tips about hair care and how to have a beautiful hair to their local audience.
